This reference tool for Niagara residents is provided by United Way Niagara, in partnership with Niagara Gatekeepers, Community Support Services of Niagara (CSSN), and 211.

Niagara Gatekeepers is a phone line referral service that anyone can call to help connect an at-risk senior who is 55 years of age or older with programs and services to help them stay safe and independent at home.

CSSN provides comprehensive client-driven community support services to help seniors and adults with disabilities live independently in their own homes.

211 is an information and referral helpline to community, social, government and health services. INCommunities is the 211 Regional Service Provider for Central South Ontario, part of an integrated provincial and national network of 211 centres.
