This webinar recording presents case studies of strategies used by 3 Canadian public health organizations, to advance policies that address population health, health equity, and climate emissions in their communities.

Two BC case studies (Vancouver and Vancouver Island), and one in the Simcoe Muskoka District of Ontario are presented.
