In late April 2020, the Government of Ontario is planning for the next phase of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak – reopening our province. This framework was developed as a first step, to guide the government’s approach. The framework outlines methods and principles that will be used to reopen businesses, services and public spaces. A gradual, staged approach will prioritize public health and safety while balancing the needs of people and businesses.
