Health Promoters with the Welland-McMaster Family Health Team prepared the online “12 Days of Mindfulness” resource. It provides reflective reminders to help people find more balance and to learn mindfulness skills.

By practicing mindfulness, one can shift their perspective, and increase their enjoyment of relationships, both at home and at work.
