Mental Health & Addictions Access Line in Niagara: Uses, Impact & Future Potential – Event Recording

During this webinar presenters described the Mental Health and Addictions Access Line and how it can be used by consumers and front-line workers, demonstrated how the Access Line links to the collaborative work of implementing the Niagara Mental Health and Addictions Charter, provide anecdotal examples of the type of calls received by Front Line Community Access Workers and shared early outcomes and review preliminary trends and gaps.
