The 2015 update to the Labour Market Plan is built upon extensive research and evidence-based analysis of the Niagara region’s labour market strengths and challenges. This update aims to illustrate these strengths and challenges in a clear and rigorous manner. This document is intended to be used by community organizations, various levels of government, job seekers, employers, and other Niagara stakeholders to help inform their plans for their future success and for that of the Niagara region.
