Shared Learning Local Hub Sessions in 5 areas around Niagara offer the opportunity for front-line community service and outreach workers to collaborate, share knowledge, learn and network. These Sessions are led by teams of local workers; together these colleagues discuss ‘burning issues’ and identify solutions to help clients better access benefits and services.
Establishment of Shared Learning Local Hub Sessions grew out of the work of the Rowing the Boat Together I and II projects (2012-2015), facilitated by Niagara Connects, to support the Niagara Poverty Reduction Network’s focus on inter-agency collaboration.
