This half-day workshop enhances individual clinicians’ and staff members’ abilities to communicate with clients, and with one another, in ways that promote health. This workshop provides evidence-based skills to help the members of healthcare teams meet their clients’ needs and work together more effectively as teams and how to deliver impressive healthcare service. Treating Patients with C.A.R.E. (Connect, Appreciate, Respond, Empower) provides a model and specific techniques that guide all staff to communicate in ways that will enhance satisfaction and encourage client partnership.
