YOUTHOUGHT RIGHT: Making ES Work for Youth, is a project led by Peel-Halton-Dufferin Adult Learning Network (PHDALN) in partnership with The Centre for Skills Development & Training (The Centre). The project is funded by the Ontario Government’s Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities (MTCU) and will run from late May 2013 until March 31, 2014.

The project seeks to understand the reasons why youth (ages 15 – 24) are not accessing the Employment Ontario employment service as regularly as could be expected and to recommend courses of action for service providers to take in order to attract, engage and serve more youth clients.
