The process to develop the 2022-2027 Strategic Plan for Niagara College began late in 2020 and continued, amid the pandemic, throughout 2021.
The collaborative process to develop the plan included consultation across the College organization with staff, faculty, students, alumni, senior leadership, Board of Governors, as well as external organizations and community leaders.
