During this webinar presenters reviewed the cardiovascular health profile in Niagara, profiled Heart Niagara’s mission, services and collaborative partnerships, provided a focused review of the Healthy Heart School Program, described the national and international impact of HN outcomes and HN research publications and explored community centred health services through a non-profit lens.
