This interactive, high-resolution data platform is designed for Canadians to build resilience by accessing and using the most up-to-date climate data. Easy-to-use formats and visualizations include datasets, interactive maps, and guidance material.

The data is provided to support adaptation planning, and help decision-makers address Canada’s rapidly changing climate. Until global emissions of greenhouse gasses reach net-zero, Canada’s climate will continue to warm. This change will lead to increases in extreme heat and extreme precipitation, changing sea-levels, and further declines in snow and ice cover.

All sectors of society and the economy are impacted by climate changes. Thus it is important for Canadians to understand how climate change may impact their lives and livelihoods.
