REACH (Regional Essential Access to Connected Healthcare) Niagara strengthens communities by providing healthcare to those who do not have their basic needs met. This includes people who are homeless, precariously housed, and living below the low-income measure.
REACH Niagara’s mission is to make healthcare accessible for the homeless and marginalized in Niagara. To achieve this, the REACH team works with a number of community partners.
