The Executive Director’s Forum of Niagara provides opportunities and solutions for building trusting working relationships, strategic alliances, collaboration as well as high level education, information and resource sharing.
Executive Directors and Senior Managers working in community service and outreach organizations in the Niagara region are invited to participate in shared information and learning meetings throughout the year. We typically offer four professional development and learning sessions throughout the year to executives and senior managers.
Beginning in 2016 in South Niagara, expanded to Niagara region in 2019, this group focuses on providing learning opportunities identified by Forum participants, often in areas of:
-Governance and Board
-Program Delivery, Development and Evaluation
-Community Partnerships and Collaboration
