The Diabetes Niagara Network is an association of diabetes education & service providers in the Niagara Region. Its members strive to work effectively and collaboratively to improve the health of people at risk for or affected by diabetes in Niagara.
The Diabetes Niagara Network is dedicated to the prevention and management of diabetes and its complications through the development and support of coordinated access to diabetes services and programs in Niagara.
