On behalf of Dr. Ginger Grant, Dean, Humber College Research and Innovation and the Aging in Community Education and Research hub (ACER), I am excited to invite you to hear Bradley speak at Humber’s North Campus on Wednesday, October 4 from 5:00 p.m. –  7:00 p.m. (light refreshments provided, Q & A). Please see, save and feel free to share the attached event poster.

Bradley Schurman is an expert on demographic change and how it disrupts worldwide social, cultural, political and economic norms.

Three key messages you can expect from Bradley’s talk include:

  1. Demographic change directly impacts the Canadian workforce and economy and we must act on labour challenges today
  2. Older workers present the best opportunity to grow the Canadian economy during this period of disruptive demographic change
  3. Leading companies worldwide proactively engage older workers through inclusive recruitment and retention practices and strategies that leverage the power of the generations
