Join CHNET-Works! and the Public Health Agency of Canada for a webinar exploring the support services available for Canadians affected by elder abuse.
The presentation will review gaps, areas for improvement, good practices and care, and supports that are available to older Canadian adults experiencing elder mistreatment. The information to be shared was derived from a literature review and a key informant survey.
The purpose of the webinar is to have open discussion exploring existing systems in order to improve service delivery and effectively support older adults experiencing the different dimensions of abuse.
