“Racing” the Social Determinants of Health and Health Equity

The National Collaborating Centre for Determinants of Health is hosting a webinar about how to address health inequities and institutionalized racism towards Indigenous and racialized people.

Among its central objectives, this webinar seeks to:

• Discuss approaches to creating anti-racist policies in organizational settings/contexts
• Share case examples of how to make your organization anti-racist
• Discuss the ways in which that measuring systemic racism in public health data systems is important
