The Family Navigation Program is a partnership between CMHA Toronto, Family Outreach and Response Program (FOR) and St. Joseph’s Health Centre. It assists families in communicating with mental health clinicians during a loved one’s hospitalization while also offering one-to-one and group support. FOR’s definition of family is inclusive of any friend or relative identifying as supporting someone in emotional distress.
Audience: This webinar will be of interest to service providers, family caregivers, family caregiver organizations, and organizational leadership.
