Ontario’s Cap and Trade legislation will come into effect in January 2017. The purpose of this event is to provide an overview of the legislation, and a discussion of its impacts on the Niagara Region.

Guest speakers will discuss the topics of regulatory compliance and legal implications, and provide insight from emissions trading systems in other jurisdictions.
