What is the Niagara DEI Community of Practice all about?
Our mission is to advance equity, build welcoming and inclusive communities and workplaces, and eliminate barriers and forms of discrimination. We believe that by coming together, we can create a region where diversity is celebrated, equity is prioritized, and inclusion is the norm.
