Interested in building mindfulness strategies for coping with stress and mental health in the new year? Mindfulness for Older Adults is a two-hour virtual workshop for older adults (60yrs +), who are interested in building mindfulness strategies for coping with stress and mental health.

This group provides education and tools to practice mindfulness, including managing emotions and self-care.

You must be age 60yrs or over in order to be eligible for this workshop.
