Starting Tuesday, February 9th at 2:00 PM you can join in for a four-week writing course where we will explore our journey to enlightenment through journaling, thoughts, emotions, and body awareness to a place of integration.
Each week will start off with a meditation, and then we will dive into how you can engage yourself in writing your own meditations. There will be introspective writing challenges assigned each week, and we will encourage you to share your findings with the group.
If we can’t go outside, let’s go inside.
