The Niagara Community Observatory presents its latest policy brief, “Is There a Skills Gap?”, researched and written by Dr. Kate Cassidy, director of Youth University at Brock University.

Dr. Cassidy conducted interviews of Niagara employers to discover what they were looking for in employees.

The presentation is co-sponsored by the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce and will include a panelist discussion as well as opening the floor to questions and comments.
