Introduction to New CAMH Office of Family Engagement

CAMH invites community partners and other stakeholders for a special webinar introducing their new Office and Family Engagement.

You will hear about CAMH’s renewed commitment to supporting and engaging with the families of their patients through:

• creating a new Family Resource Centre to provide opportunities and spaces for families to teach and learn
• supporting families with tools to navigate the mental health system with more confidence
• developing a family advisory to help foster a healing culture where families are partners-in-care and whose voices are listened to and valued throughout the hospital.

You will hear about the work that led to the development of the new vision, the quality improvement and accreditation drivers behind their work and their concrete plans to make the vision a reality.

A short presentation will be followed by a feedback/question and answer session.
