Determinants of Health Health Care Access Health Promotion Knowledge Exchange Training and Learning

You are invited as a key partner for:

  • A networking opportunity for staff from organizations interested in partnering to improve the health of Niagara (max 2 reps per organization)
  • A learning opportunity for participants titled “Client Voice”. A panel of staff and clients with lived experience from local organizations will be featured. They will discuss how client voices are included in program planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • An opportunity to develop stronger relationships around community based work.

Client Voice panelists will include:

  • DSBN (District School Board of Niagara) Alternative Pathways to Success programs
  • Quest Community Health Centre (Rainbow Niagara – LGBTQ)
  • Positive Living Niagara
  • HEART (Health Equity & Advocacy through Research & Theatre) program
  • CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association)
  • ARID (Alcohol Recovery in Dignity) Group Homes
