If you are a Care Partner currently receiving services or attending support groups or programs at the Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region, you are invited to attend a Focus Group for Care Partners.

The Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region is currently researching a new program with the primary focus on the needs of Care Partners.

This focus group will address the experiences of Care Partners with a view to potentially providing new support services and program delivery in the future.

A second session will be held on April 3, 2017 from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.
