This workshop will provide tools for understanding evaluation and offer a step by step approach to conduct successful evaluation within your organization and programs.
This ED Forum professional development session will help to clarify:
- The purpose of evaluation and how evaluation can lead to learning
- Engaging stakeholders in the evaluation process, including funders, community members, and program participants
- Assessing resources and evaluability
- Determining your evaluation questions to achieve your evaluation goals
- Determining appropriate measure methods and procedures including what to measure, when to collect data, from whom to collect data and collection methods
- Developing an evaluation plan
- How to collect data
- How to process and analyze data
- Interpreting and disseminating data results
- Application of evaluation findings
