Brock geography professor Michael Ripmeester will present his NCO policy brief entitled Downtown Revitalization in St. Catharines: Building the Vibrant Public Space in which he surveyed 300 people about their thoughts on the latest improvements to the downtown core, such as the First Ontario Performing Arts Centre and the Meridian Centre.

St. Catharines Mayor Walter Sendzik and local government expert Dr. David Siegel of Brock University will be our guest panelists sharing their insights.

The event is a co-presentation of the Niagara Community Observatory, the Dept. of Political Science Speaker Series, and the Dept. of Geography MA Speaker Series.
