Given the wide range of complex needs experienced by individuals with concurrent disorders it is critical to be able to provide a complete spectrum of care.

The objective is to provide in-depth knowledge on harm reduction strategies used with high-risk precontemplative service users.

By the end of this workshop the audience will:

  • Be able to identify varying risks associated with different types of substance use
  • Be able to provide clients with best practice information around safer substance use
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of methods of use, the risks they pose and harm reduction interventions to reduce associated risks

This workshop is hosted by the Concurrent Disorders Capacity Building Strategy.
