The Welland Heritage Council & Multicultural Centre, partnered with TOES Niagara, invite you to their Black History Dinner.

Attendees can look forward to a fun-filled educational evening celebrating Black History Month while Advocating for Excellency, the theme of this event.

Funds raised from this event will go towards a scholarship that will be awarded to a student pursuing post-secondary education.

This event is hosted by TOES Niagara & Welland Heritage Council and Multicultural Centre.
