Join the Niagara Region Executive Director’s Forum on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 9:30-11am (attend virtually or in-person).

The session, ‘All Aboard! 5 Important Stops on the Railway to Workforce Resiliency’ will focus on the challenges of recruiting and retaining top talent across all industries.

As leaders of non-profits, we are certainly feeling the punches. Join us for an informative session that will identify the root causes of these challenges and equip you with creative solutions to strengthen your organization’s greatest asset – its people.  The session will feature Jenn Dey – Employment Consultant, Community Employment Services, Niagara College and Kelly Vlaar – Comms/HR Professional, most recently with the Canada Summer Games, as our guest presenters.

Jenn and Kelly will share best practices, tips and tools to take some of the mystery out of the recruiting and retaining process. There will be lots of opportunity to ask questions.

In-Person Location: Kristen French Children Advocacy Centre, 8 Forster Street, St. Catharines

Virtual Location: Zoom Meeting

Please register your attendance for this session. You will be sent the link upon registration if you are attending virtually.

Please note: This event is from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and may show slightly different on the registration page due to time zones.
