Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) is a therapy often provide to caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental disabilities (NDDs) – such as an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. ACT focuses on providing those caregivers with specific mental health-related therapy to help reduce the high levels of stress that they may be experiencing.

This free webinar will discuss:
– What ACT is and why it is an important treatment option for caregivers of children with NDDs
– The real-world impact of ACT with caregivers
– Suggestions for future research on ACT
