A Hand Along the Way: Community Peer Support Bereavement Program

A self-help bereavement support program designed with your needs in mind. By listening to each other, under the guidance of volunteer facilitators, you have a space to share your grief, give and receive support.

All facilitators have experienced loss and have completed additional education in companioning those who are grieving. Facilitators are not counsellors but come with an open heart, ready to listen.
