This event is suited for frontline and administrative staff of all community organizations serving adults.
This 4th annual event will take place virtually with a focus on connecting with each other to support clients in these unprecedented times.
You will walk away from this event with:
– connections to other community agencies who you can refer your
– the knowledge of changes to program delivery to be able to make better
referrals for your clients
– a greater appreciation for the client experience related to technology
– knowledge of where and what job opportunities exist in Niagara
To maximize interaction and participation, the first hour will include presentations through Zoom that highlight the digital divide that many clients experience. The second hour will have participants “break off” into smaller groups to discuss challenges and best practices of supporting clients and staff in this new reality and to create connections with each other for referral and resource purposes.
