This presentation focused on communications best practices in the context of Niagara Health System’s ongoing reputation recovery. As a result of overcoming recent crises at hospitals, the authors have developed a one-page assessment tool that can be adapted for use in any organization.
Some background on reputation management is shared, as well as an introduction to the assessment tool that you can put into practice in your own work.
